Delete my account

From the app

In the What The Web app (Android or iPhone), sign in, open Settings and tap Delete my account. Once you confirm, your account is deleted immediately.

Through the Contact page

No longer have access to the app? Go to the Contact page and send your account deletion request through the form, using your account's e-mail address. We delete the account and confirm it by e-mail within 30 days at most.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in details: e-mail address, first and last name, and password. The account is closed and can no longer be used.
  • The Google and Apple sign-ins linked to the account.
  • Your access to the workspaces of the organisations you belonged to.
  • The devices registered for notifications.

What is kept

Data you entered for an organisation (member records, events, news, projects…) belongs to that organisation: it stays in its workspace and is no longer linked to your account. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the period required by law. Any question: Contact page.
